How do I secure my date?


A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your event.

When is the final payment due?


The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event. You’ll receive a reminder to make the process seamless.

Is the retainer refundable?


All retainers are non-refundable, as we reserve your date exclusively and turn away other inquiries.

What if my event is soon?


For events within 14 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Can I reschedule my event?


We’re happy to accommodate reschedules based on availability. Payments may be transferred to a new date within 6 months.

What is the Vogue Box?

The Vogue Box is our signature editorial-style photo booth experience. Inspired by high-fashion magazine covers, the Vogue Box allows guests to step inside a beautifully lit booth and capture stunning, magazine-worthy portraits.

It’s perfect for weddings, milestone birthdays, and upscale celebrations where you want a bold and memorable photo experience.

What is the Social Booth?

The Social Booth is a modern open-air photo booth designed for fast, fun, and instant sharing. Guests can take photos and receive them immediately through text, email, or QR code.

It’s a great option for corporate events, weddings, and parties where guests want to share photos instantly.

How many people can fit inside the Vogue Box?

The Vogue Box can comfortably fit several guests at once, making it perfect for group photos with friends and family.

It’s spacious enough for small groups while still maintaining the intimate feel of a magazine-style portrait experience.

Do guests receive their photos instantly?

Yes. All of our packages include instant digital photo delivery, allowing guests to receive their photos through text, email, or QR code shortly after they are taken.

Do you provide props?

Yes. We offer curated prop collections as an optional add-on for clients who want an extra layer of fun for their guests.

Our props are carefully selected to complement the style of your event while maintaining an elevated look.

Can the booth design be customized for our event?

Yes. We can customize the Vogue cover text and design elements to match your event theme. Many clients choose to add their names, event dates, or special phrases to create a unique magazine-style experience.

How much space do you need for setup?

We typically require about 8–10 feet of space for setup depending on the booth and event configuration.

A nearby power outlet is also required. If your event is outdoors, we may require a covered area to protect equipment.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak event seasons. Popular dates can book several months in advance.

Do you travel for events?

Yes. Snap Collective Photobooth serves Orange County and surrounding areas, and we may travel for events depending on the location.

Additional travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area.

Is an attendant included?

Yes. A professional booth attendant is included to assist guests, ensure smooth operation, and help create a great experience throughout your event.

How long does setup take?

Setup typically takes about 45–60 minutes, and we arrive before your scheduled booth start time to ensure everything is ready for your guests.

How do we book?

Booking is simple:

  1. Submit a booking inquiry through our website

  2. Confirm your event details and package

  3. Sign the service agreement and submit the retainer

Once these steps are completed, your event date is officially reserved.

Can we extend our booth time during the event?

If availability allows, additional booth time may be added during the event for an hourly rate.
