If a client cancels their event:

• The retainer fee will not be refunded

Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe event environment.

7. Equipment Use

All photo booth equipment remains the property of Snap Collective Photobooth.

Clients and guests agree:

• Not to tamper with equipment

• Not to remove equipment from its location

• To treat all equipment with care

The client may be held responsible for damage caused by guests.

8. Photo Usage

​

Photos taken during events may be used by Snap Collective Photobooth for:

• Portfolio use

• Website galleries

• Social media promotion

• Marketing materials

If a client prefers their photos remain private, they may notify us prior to the event.

9. Digital Photo Delivery

Digital images are delivered through online galleries, downloads, or sharing services.
