Snap Collective Photobooth may capture photos, videos, and digital media during events where our services are provided.

By using our serv ices, clients and guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

 

1. Photo Use for Marketing

Photos taken during events may be used by Snap Collective Photobooth for:

• Website galleries
   

• Social media posts

• Promotional materials

• Advertising campaigns

• Portfolio display
   

These images help showcase our work and promote our services.

 

2. Guest Participation

​

Guests who choose to participate in photo booth activities voluntarily agree that their images may be captured and shared as part of event photography.

Participation in the photo booth implies consent for this usage.

 

3. Client Privacy Requests

​

If a client prefers that photos from their event not be used for marketing purposes, they may submit a written request prior to the event.

We respect privacy requests and will honor them whenever possible.

 

4. Ownership of Images

​

All photos taken by Snap Collective Photobooth remain the intellectual property of Snap Collective Photobooth.

Clients are granted personal use rights to the images provided through digital galleries.

Images may not be sold, altered for commercial purposes, or redistributed without written permission.

 

5. Guest Responsibility

​

Guests participating in photo booth sessions agree that Snap Collective Photobooth is not responsible for how photos are shared or used by other guests once images are delivered.
